The Practitioner

Jenny Whittlestone
Grad. Dip. Physiotherapy,
MCSP
Dip. AT
Member British Autogenic Society

Jenny is a Chartered Physiotherapist and works part time in the field of Paediatrics. She discovered Autogenic Training (AT) initially for herslf and now enjoys teaching the technique to others.

AT is the best self help technique that Jenny has come across and she feels that it helps bridge the gap between orthodox and complementary approaches to health. She feels that, in encouraging the body's own rebalancing mechanisms, AT can give the individual a sense of control over their own health and well being.

Jenny currently works with individuals and small groups at her practice based at home in South Cambridgeshire. She is also able to travel to teach AT to people in their work setting, when appropriate.
