Autogenic Training (AT) is a self-help technique which can help bring about deep relaxation in mind and body. Autogenic means ‘generated from within’ and the technique enables people to utilise their own capacity for self-nurturing and healing. The mind, body and spirit naturally work together
towards homeostasis (harmony and balance). However, our lifestyles often
prevent these homeostatic mechanisms from functioning efficiently. This
can often lead to imbalance, di-stress and dis-ease.
